I’m looking to speak with experienced estimators with a successful track record of tendering for Civil Engineering infrastructure projects.\n\nMy client is a specialist contractor in groundworks and reinforced concrete structures with projects across the UK. They are active on projects ranging from £5 m to £100 m.\n\nThey are bucking the current trend and are winning larger and more technically challenging projects. This is in part due to their established and successful estimating team.\n\nThese are a mixture of residential, commercial and Civil Engineering/infrastructure works.\n\nYou’ll need to be able to build up tenders from first principle and will have already worked on rail, highways, power and data centre projects, for example.\n\nThe base salary will be around 100 k + and there will be a genuine benefits package.and there will also be the option to work on a self-employed basis.\n\nThere’s plenty of room for negotiation to secure the right candidate in this key opportunity.\n\nPlease get in touch for a confidential discussion about this and other opportunities that may align with your skills, experience and career aspirations
