\n Explore your tasks and responsibilities \n \n Implementing Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM (Project Production Management), LPS (Last Planner System), and Exyte standard software. \n Training project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software. \n Continuously improving and optimizing standardized Lean tools and methods in close collaboration with stakeholders.

\n Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control. \n Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean Design and Construction-related topics within projects. \n \n Show your expertise \n \n A degree in engineering or project management.

\n Extensive expertise in Lean principles. \n 10+ years experience in construction projects and the implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies. \n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.

\n A hands-on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.
