Senior FPGA Engineer - Cambridge - Hybrid\n\nWe’re supporting a high-growth technology company at the forefront of AI acceleration. They are seeking a Senior Digital Design Engineer to join their FPGA team and contribute to cutting-edge solutions powering AI inference in modern data centres.\n\nAs a FPGA Engineer you will:\n\n * \n\n Design and implement high-performance FPGA solutions in SystemVerilog.\n\n * \n\n Build reusable, parameterisable IP components for multiple FPGA platforms.\n\n * \n\n Achieve timing closure, carry out floorplanning, and debug designs on hardware.\n\n * \n\n Integrate FPGA IP with software runtime/compiler stacks.\n\n * \n\n Contribute to coding standards, verification strategies, and Agile development practices.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with software and ML engineers to deliver efficient, scalable inference applications.\n\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n\n * \n\n 5+ years’ experience writing well-documented SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL.\n\n * \n\n Strong FPGA toolchain knowledge (Quartus, Vivado, or equivalent).\n\n * \n\n Experience in debugging, bring-up, and timing optimisation of FPGA designs.\n\n * \n\n Exposure to C/C++ or Python for integration.\n\n * \n\n Familiarity with Linux development environments, CI systems, version control
