About the job Senior H&S Officer – Frankfurt \n \n Duration: 8–10 months (starting mid-April) \n Overview \n Profleet Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety (H&S) Officer to support a major data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a key role ensuring the highest standards of safety compliance on a fast-paced, high-value site. \n Responsibilities \n \n Lead all site-based health and safety activities \n Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations \n Ensure compliance with local regulations and client safety standards \n Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings \n Liaise with client H&S teams and site management \n Maintain accurate reporting and documentation \n \n Requirements \n \n Proven experience in a senior H&S role on large-scale industrial or data centre projects \n Strong knowledge of EU safety regulations \n Relevant certification (e.g.

NEBOSH or equivalent) \n Excellent communication and leadership skills \n Ability to operate independently in a high-pressure environment
