Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company's Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The Senior IT Analyst is responsible for providing high-level technical support to Astro Pak employees by responding to, troubleshooting, and resolving internal IT issues in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This role involves interpreting moderately complex system issues, documenting all support activities, and ensuring cases are seen through to resolution or appropriately escalated. The Senior IT Analyst will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting business-critical systems and projects.
This position is based on site at our corporate office in Costa Mesa, California.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, implement, and manage technical solutions for software, hardware, system configurations, and IT architecture
- Provide end-user support for computer hardware and software, including printer and copier maintenance, toner replacement, and hardware/software installations
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests while documenting issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and time spent in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments on projects to ensure accurate delivery, availability of information, and successful outcomes
- Learn, support, and maintain productivity and business applications such as Microsoft GP, Microsoft CRM, and related systems
- Interact with employees in a professional manner while maintaining strict confidentiality of all personal and company information
- Analyze and implement IT projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws
- Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate cases to higher levels of support as needed
Who You Are:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs
- Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of an organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of desktop operating systems and their integration with Microsoft Office and other applications
- Solid experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing multifaceted projects
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
- Passion for learning and adopting new technologies
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Legal capacity to comply with federally mandated U.S. Export Control Laws

Salary & Benefits
- The hourly range for this position is $36-$39. The actual pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
