We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team and support infrastructure and software projects. This position entails coordinating and supporting all aspects of the project management and service delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate can operate within PMO standards while helping drive continuous improvement. The candidate will be expected to actively partner with Razor’s technical professionals and account executives in this process.

Primary Responsibilities

·       Lead IT projects end-to-end (initiation through closeout), including planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and reporting.

·       Partner with account managers and technical delivery teams to align scope, timelines, and resourcing.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication, expectations, and timely decisions.

·       Drive delivery of project milestones and service deliverables, ensuring quality, schedule, and customer expectations are met.

·       Ensure SDLC and PMO processes are understood and adhered to, and that project work follows company standards and controls.

·       Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain project status reporting and escalate when needed.

·       Lead change control by managing change requests and ensuring adherence to IT change management policy and related standards.

·       Ensure internal and external controls are followed and report exceptions immediately.

·       Complete project closeout activities (lessons learned, billing handoff, and customer satisfaction survey).

·       Support maintenance of corporate certifications and partner requirements as they relate to project delivery.

Required Skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in business or science

·       7+ years of IT project management experience delivering infrastructure and/or software initiatives

·       Experience using structured delivery methods and tooling (e.g., SDLC/ITIL, Agile/Scrum; MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

·       Proficient in creating project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change requests)

·       Comfort working with cross-platform technical teams (e.g., networking, server, cloud, security) to remove blockers and resolve delivery issues

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting

·       Demonstrated leadership, analytical problem-solving, and sound business judgment

·       Ability to work effectively across a diverse team, as well as a broad spectrum of internal and external partners

·       Advanced knowledge of data center infrastructure components

·       PMP (PMI) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ; equivalent certifications considered
