Senior Lawyer- Real Estate
Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Real Estate lawyer to join the London office of a leading international law firm with a market-leading Real Estate practice. The team operates at the top end of the market, advising on complex, high-value and often cross-border transactions where real estate is a core asset. Its clients include global asset managers, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, developers, lenders and major corporates. The practice advises across the full property lifecycle and a broad range of asset classes, including data centres, healthcare, logistics, operational real estate, student accommodation, PRS/BTR, life sciences, hotels, offices and retail.

Experience required:

- Qualified in England & Wales
- Have at least 5 years’ PQE gained within a leading Real Estate practice.
- Corporate real estate experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
