Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate emotional and behavioral health, including identifying mood disorder symptoms and developing a nuanced understanding of each client’s background.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to design individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as systems, narrative, structural family, and communication therapy.
- Provide education and guidance to clients regarding mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge and skills for effective coping and self-advocacy.
- Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement in their mental health outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence with state and federal regulations, including compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and professional development workshops, enhancing your knowledge and contributing to our collective understanding of best practices in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
