Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and needs, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

- Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications\n

- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or similar in the state of California.
- A minimum of four years of related experience in a clinical setting, providing assessment and treatment to individuals with mental health disorders.
- A profound understanding of psychological disorders and therapeutic methodologies, coupled with advanced cultural competence in delivering therapy.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other digital tools essential for teletherapy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations with poise and professionalism, ensuring client safety and well-being.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with a varied clientele.
