A top design-build construction leader is expanding its Mission Critical engineering team and is seeking Senior Mechanical/Electrical Engineers who thrive on complex infrastructure projects.

What You'll Work On:

You will play a key role delivering complex, high-performance facilities such as:

Data centers
Critical infrastructure environments
Advanced commercial facilities
Complex building systems requiring high reliability and precision

You will partner closely with construction leadership, subcontractors, and clients to drive mechanical and electrical project success from preconstruction through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop mechanical and electrical cost estimates from schematic designs
Evaluate and recommend optimal system solutions and value engineering opportunities
Coordinate M/E scopes of work during the bid and subcontractor selection process
Lead system sequencing, commissioning planning, and functional testing procedures
Conduct constructability reviews and quality inspections
Review and approve shop drawings and design documentation
Support project scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Act as a technical leader and mentor for junior engineers

qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering
7–10+ years supporting construction or mission-critical engineering projects
Experience with BIM, commissioning, and system coordination
Strong ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Experience with budgeting, system analysis, and project delivery
