A globally recongised, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist mechanical and electrical, cost management team in London.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role
\n
The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work alongside three Partners in delivering technically stimulating, large scale M&E projects across several sectors including residential, commercial, sports, infrastructure, and data centres.

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor shall take on management responsibilities, alongside carrying out a traditional cost management role:

- Preparing cost plans independently.
- Managing the M&E costs
- Providing commercial advice to clients
- Pre and post contract services
\n

\n
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
\n
- \n
- M&E or MEP skillset
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- MRICS or committed to achieving
- Completed a RICS accredited degree
- Professional and enthusiastic
- Pre and post cost management knowledge
- Good cost planning experience
