A leading UK M&E contractor specialising in mission-critical and data centre projects is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a major data centre development in Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured data centre work, offering long-term stability and clear progression within the mission-critical sector.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of a large-scale data centre project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest technical standards.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on data centre projects (essential)
  • Strong understanding of mission-critical environments and commissioning processes
  • Background working for a recognised M&E contractor
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, plant rooms, pipework, and mechanical commissioning within live or phased environments
  • Experience managing subcontractors, specialist packages, and complex stakeholder interfaces
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
