Senior MEP BIM Coordinator / Coordination Manager\nNear Aldgate Station, London\n£40,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Paid Travel\n5 Days Per Week Office-Based\n\nOne of London's leading MEP contractors is looking to appoint an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join their growing delivery team based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected contractor delivering landmark projects across the commercial sector, with additional exposure to mixed-use developments and data centres.\n\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of complex building services projects, working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure high-quality BIM and coordination standards are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nThis opportunity would also suit an experienced MEP Coordination Manager looking to take ownership of coordination processes, manage teams, and drive project delivery from a leadership perspective.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead MEP coordination across major commercial projects\nProduce and manage detailed coordinated BIM models\nConduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks/Revit\nLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders\nAttend and lead coordination meetings\nEnsure BIM standards and project deadlines are maintained\nSupport and mentor junior coordinators where required\nManage coordination workflows and reporting at management level (for senior/managerial applicants)\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong experience within MEP BIM Coordination\nProficient in Revit, Navisworks, and associated BIM software\nExperience working on large-scale commercial projects\nData centre and mixed-use project exposure advantageous\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced contractor environment\n\nPackage\n\nBasic salary ranging from £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience\n£5,000 car allowance\nTravel expenses paid\nLong-term career progression with a leading London contractor\nExposure to prestigious, technically challenging projectsThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BIM professional to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London and the South East.\n\n(url removed) / (phone number removed)\n\nEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
