We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architect to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performing network architectures that support business growth, digital transformation, and cloud adoption strategies.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain enterprise-wide network architecture (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, Data Center, and Cloud)
• Develop long-term network strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
• Lead modernization initiatives including cloud networking, zero-trust architecture, and automation
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption
• Oversee deployment of complex network solutions across multi-site environments
• Optimize network performance, availability, scalability, and resilience
• Design high-availability and disaster recovery network solutions
• Ensure seamless integration between on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
• Architect secure network frameworks aligned with cybersecurity best practices
• Implement segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC, and secure remote access solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2 as applicable)
• Partner closely with security teams on risk mitigation strategies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex troubleshooting and escalations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, DevOps, and application teams
• Engage with vendors for solution evaluation, procurement, and lifecycle managementDevelop and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and best practices
• Establish governance models for network change management and capacity planning
• Create technical roadmaps and present strategies to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s )
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in network engineering/architecture
• Extensive experience with:
  • Enterprise routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Firewalls and security appliances (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)
  • SD-WAN technologies
  • Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • VPN and remote access solutions
• Strong understanding of:
  • Network segmentation and Zero Trust architecture
  • Load balancing (F5, Citrix, etc.)
  • Network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience designing high-availability, multi-site network environments
• Deep troubleshooting skills across L2–L7 networking layers
• Strategic thinking and architectural vision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Executive-level communication skills
• Project leadership and stakeholder management
• Vendor negotiation and cost optimization mindset
• Ability to obtain a security clearance - US citizenship is required

Qualifications:

• CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Security)
• CCNP Enterprise
• AWS/Azure Networking Specialty
• CISSP ( but not required)
