Job Description
| Senior Network Engineer | Chester | 12-Month (Rolling Contract) | £400-450 p/day IIR35 | Start date: ASAP | Hybrid (2-3 days a week on site) |
An exciting opportunity for a CCNP-certified Senior Network Engineer to deliver large-scale Cisco networking projects across enterprise data centre and office environments.
BANKING/FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE PREFFERED!
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy & support Cisco Wireless, Switching, Routing, Security
- Hands-on with Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA Center/SDA) & Cisco ISE (AAA)
- Configure & troubleshoot BGP, VXLAN, LISP, MPLS
- Wireless/RF planning, troubleshooting (Ekahau a plus)
- Produce HLD/LLD documentation (Visio/SharePoint)
Requirements
- 5+ years’ enterprise Cisco networking experience
- CCNP Enterprise (minimum), Wireless/Design
- Strong knowledge of NXOS, IOSXE, FortiGate firewalls
- Solid troubleshooting & documentation skills
- Willingness to cover occasional weekend work (paid extra)
