Job Title: Data Center Network Engineer/Architect

Work location : Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12 Months

We are looking for a well-rounded network Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in the implementation of customer network environments including dedicated circuits, Cisco routers, and Fortigate firewalls.

The candidate needs to have a strong foundation in network infrastructure, a solid understanding of dynamic routing protocols and great analytic and troubleshooting skills.

This engineer would be responsible for ensuring that the operations teams have high quality training and documentation in order to provide first level support for both incidents and work requests in multiple data center environments. The ability to pivot between multiple tasks and projects throughout the day while managing workflow and dates is an essential skillset for this team.

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a network engineer/architect role within a data center environment
• 5+ years’ experience working with Cisco routers for edge connectivity
• 5+ years’ experience working with firewall technologies (preferably at least 2-3 years with Fortigate and Fortimanager)
• Strong Routing & Switching skills with extensive experience working with dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Demonstrated leadership of large complex projects
• Experience working with service providers for circuit provisioning and troubleshooting
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level. Demonstrated strong background in working with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on the network
