Role Summary
Design, manage, and support enterprise network systems. Ensure networks are secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wireless)
Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve tickets
Work on multiple projects as a technical expert or lead
Maintain documentation and follow internal processes
Support change management and incident response activities
Participate in on-call and emergency support when required
Required Skills
Network design and troubleshooting
Routers, switches, firewalls
Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Skills
Palo Alto firewalls (SonicWall migration experience is a plus)
Cisco (Nexus, ACI)
F5 Big-IP
Data center networking experience
Industry certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
