Senior Planner – Data Centre Projects\nLocation: Spain\nSalary: Competitive + Package + Relocation Assistance (where applicable)\n\nSalter Grange is currently partnering with a leading international engineering contractor to recruit two experienced Senior Planners for major hyperscale data centre projects in Spain.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with a strong pipeline of mission-critical projects across Europe, offering long-term career progression and exposure to some of the industry's most complex and technically challenging developments.\n\nSenior Planner Key Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning.\n\n * \n\n Monitor project progress and performance against programme milestones.\n\n * \n\n Identify programme risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with project management, commercial and site teams to ensure programme alignment.\n\n * \n\n Produce regular planning reports and progress updates for senior stakeholders.\n\n * \n\n Support project controls and reporting requirements across multiple work packages.\n\n * \n\n Lead planning meetings and contribute to strategic project delivery decisions.\n\nSenior Planner Requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Senior Planner within construction, engineering or mission-critical environments.\n\n * \n\n Strong background in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, life sciences or large-scale commercial projects.\n\n * \n\n Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.\n\n * \n\n Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling and programme management.\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.\n\nFor a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please apply today or contact Salter Grange directly
