Senior Product Manager – Temperature Sensor Solutions
Greater Frankfurt region, Germany.
Are you a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in temperature sensors? This is a rare opportunity to lead the strategic and commercial development of a growing sensor assembly portfolio for high-impact markets (HVAC, data centre, industrial, F&B).
You’ll drive product strategy and roadmap, P&L, pricing, and new product launches, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain whilst managing one direct report.
Senior Product Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
- Lead new product launches and lifecycle management
- Own P&L, pricing strategy and margin targets
- Build strong OEM and channel relationships
- Work with operations to optimise supply chain and cost structure
- Monitor market trends and competitor developments
Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree in electronic engineering, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in the temperature sensor industry
- Proven success scaling or transforming sensor product lines
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, cost modelling)
- Technical understanding of sensor design and reliability
- Experience working with manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Customer/OEM-facing skills and market intuition
- Leadership experience (direct team and cross-functional)
