Senior Project Architect (Hybrid)

The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech facilities. This firm provides global resources with a local feel and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams and project architects in planning, coordination, and solving complex design and technical challenges
• Partner with the PIC/PM to define work plans, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring quality and profitability
• Oversee implementation documents and code compliance to maintain design intent and QA/QC standards
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships through clear communication
• Mentor staff, guide consultant coordination, and champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years of architectural experience leading large, complex projects
• Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam; working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and visualization tools
• Deep understanding of construction methods, building systems, sustainability, and integrated design
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively
