We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing design-build firms in North America (~$10B in revenue) to identify a Senior Project Director to lead major Data Center, Advanced Technology, and Mission Critical projects. Activity:

\n

    \n
  • Own full project lifecycle delivery for large-scale Data Center / Advanced Technology / EPC projects, from preconstruction through closeout
  • \n

  • Serve as the senior client-facing leader, managing key relationships with owners, hyperscale clients, and stakeholders
  • \n

  • Direct multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met or exceeded
  • \n

  • Provide strategic oversight on risk management, contract negotiation, and constructability
  • \n

  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders within the organization
  • \n

  • Partner with business development to support pursuits, client relationships, and market growth
  • \n

Requirements:

\n

\n

  • 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience in Data Center, Advanced Technology, Mission Critical, or large-scale EPC construction
  • \n

  • Proven track record delivering complex, large-dollar-value design-build projects
  • \n

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing multi-hundred-million-dollar project portfolios
  • \n

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and retain high-performing teams
  • \n

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
  • \n
