Overview

My client, a leading AI infrastructure provider, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale, complex construction projects across Texas. Their platform supports high-performance computing and AI workloads, powered by sustainable energy.

The Role

This is a senior position responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, technically complex construction projects. You will play a key role in driving project performance, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining high standards across all phases of delivery.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will take ownership of planning, execution, and governance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to specification.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex construction projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Oversee contractor selection, performance, and delivery
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across teams and vendors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Drive clear communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in project management (construction or similar)
  • Strong technical understanding of data centre infrastructure or engineering background
  • Proven experience leading complex, large-scale projects
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
