Senior Project Manager – Data Center (Travel Role)

We’re actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major data center construction project in Ellendale, North Dakota. This is a high-impact role with a top-tier contractor delivering mission-critical work.

Location: Ellendale, ND (Travel Required)

✈️ Rotation: Work on-site with the ability to return home every 2 weeks

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data center project
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams
• Drive client relationships and ensure project profitability
• Manage preconstruction, execution, and project closeout
• Mentor junior team members and support overall project success

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Proven background in data center or mission-critical projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, travel-based role
