Senior Project Manager

Job Description

MXI Partners is hiring Senior Project Managers for an industry-leading general contractor specializing in data center projects in Dallas, TX. As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall leadership and drive the success of multiple facets of data center construction, overseeing all aspects of project delivery from design through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects across all phases
• Manage budgeting, RFPs, preconstruction, and design coordination
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with procurement and milestones
• Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and construction activities through commissioning and handover
• Manage client relationships, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Control project financials, including forecasting, billing, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and drive process improvements

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience (Construction, Engineering, or Architectural degree )
• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects
• Experience in data center construction
• Strong background in both CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Procore
• No specific certifications or licenses required
