Job Details
This is a true run-your-own-business type of role. Our Project Managers are given the freedom to operate independently while being supported by an established company infrastructure. You will:

Develop and secure your own projects, building strong relationships with clients and general contractors.

Perform takeoffs and estimates using OST.

Oversee projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and field management.

Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Manage crews in the field, directing day-to-day operations and resolving issues proactively.

Handle high-level projects, including high-end office buildouts, medical facilities, and data centers.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. There is no hand-holding or training – we expect you to hit the ground running with your drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling expertise.
Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors (drywall, framing, ceilings).

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.

Comfortable managing large-scale projects with complex scopes.

Skilled at building client relationships and representing the company professionally.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate field crews.
