Job Description

We are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects within mission-critical data center environments. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, efficient delivery aligned with budget, schedule, company standards, and client expectations while managing field operations, documentation, subcontractors, and project performance.

The ideal candidate brings extensive electrical construction and project leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage large-scale multi-million dollar projects. You will collaborate with field teams, clients, vendors, and leadership to drive successful execution while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience leading large multi-million dollar electrical projects
• Data center or mission-critical environment experience
• Strong understanding of electrical and low-voltage systems
• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Proficiency with Accubid, Live Count, and Bluebeam
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations, contracts, and compliance standards
• Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
