Key Responsibilities

- Generate new mission critical construction opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and design teams
- Support the continued growth of the mission critical division through strategic business development initiatives
- Manage projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
- Work closely with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams throughout the pursuit and delivery process
- Contribute to business strategy, pursuit planning, and market growth initiatives

Background Required
\n
- \n
- Extensive Senior Project Management experience within a general contracting environment
- Previous mission critical and/or data center construction experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and winning new projects
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
