Senior Data Center Project Manager – Global AI Infrastructure Build

A fast-scaling, VC-backed infrastructure company is building gigawatt-scale data centers for the world's leading AI labs, compressing what normally takes 18-24 months into 6. This is one of the largest and fastest-moving infrastructure buildouts in the industry right now.

The role:
\n
You'll lead the planning, budgeting, and risk-management engine behind global data center delivery, hands on running projects, but also providing strategic direction across a team of project managers, construction managers, and superintendents from kickoff through customer handover.
\n
\n
What you'll do:
\n
- \n
- Own integrated master schedules (P6/MS Project) from mobilization through substantial completion
- Own budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance; report earned-value KPIs
- Run phase-gate design reviews, RACI matrices, and contract lifecycles end-to-end
- Get ahead of long-lead risks, transformers, chillers, switchgear, before they become critical-path problems

Who fits:
\n
10+ years in hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure construction. PMP/PRINCE2 a plus. You've delivered fast-track projects across multiple geographies and can hold your own in a room with executives and trades alike. Comfortable traveling 50%+ to active sites.

\n
Compensation: $250,000 base + equity. Full retirement/pension, health/dental/vision, generous PTO.
