Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointments of 2 Senior Project Managers (M&E) to have delivery and oversight of Whitespace Mechanical & Electrical projects across their European Data Centre portfolio.
\n
\n
Each Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of Whitespace Mechanical & Electrical projects across Germany, Belgium, Greece, and The Netherlands, acting as a trusted advisors and project leaders to grow the business relationship and projects offerings.
\n
\n
Projects typically range in value €500k - €15m.
\n
\n
Additional Key Responsibilities:

\n

- To ensure projects are delivered to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, expectations to be exceeded wherever possible.
- Development of project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
\n
\n
\n
\n
About you:
\n
\n
- \n
- You will have previously held senior Project Management positions (Data Centres)
- You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of managing multi-country time-sensitive project streams (Data Centres)
- Experience of delivering specific inception to completion “Whitespace” projects.
\n
\n
