• Oversee all aspects of the construction and delivery of large-scale data center projects
• Direct and manage project teams including 2 reporting Project Managers and 50–100+ technicians on site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards
• Manage and coordinate structured cabling and integrated systems installation
• Oversee multiple contractual project types including GMP, lump sum, design-build, and more
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional leadership teams
• Lead scheduling, procurement, budget forecasting, risk management, and reporting activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data center construction and project management including the installation of standard cabling technologies, rack infrastructure and managing large scale build projects including the ability to communicate, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience managing large-scale client projects with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts.
• Product experience with Panduit, CommScope, Corning, and others.
• Experience with managing and projecting project financials required; working knowledge of P6 software
• Successful completion of previous telecommunication projects.
• Experience managing large projects (1+ million) and service contracts.

Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday

Pay Rate:

• $130,000 – $185,000 annually (based on experience)

Location:

• Must be willing to relocate to Abilene, TX or current
