A leading Tier 1 General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Build) to oversee the delivery of a £300m new build data centre in London. This is a high-profile, mission-critical project where your leadership will directly influence programme success, quality, and safety.

The position

• Lead Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
• Oversee programme, budget, quality, and safety compliance
• Collaborate closely with MEP, commercial, planning, design, and commissioning teams
• Direct senior reports and multidisciplinary teams, fostering high-performance delivery
• Act as a strategic interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Could this role be for you?

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager delivering CSA packages on projects £150m+
• Experience on hyperscale, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or high-risk commercial projects
• Strong technical knowledge across **civil engineering, building structures, concrete, steel
