Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

London | £65,000 – £75,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their London team. The business delivers complex, technically challenging projects across a range of sectors, with a strong pipeline of data centre schemes forming a key part of their workload.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as the primary client interface and leading consultant teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects across all RIBA stages
  • Leading multidisciplinary consultant and design teams
  • Overseeing programme, risk, procurement, and cost control
  • Ensuring quality, compliance, and commercial performance
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

This role will involve working on technically complex, MEP-heavy environments where coordination and proactive project leadership are essential.

About You

To be considered, you will:

  • Be MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM Chartered (essential)
  • Come from a construction consultancy / client-side project management background
  • Have experience delivering technically complex projects
  • Ideally have prior data centre experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Be comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-specification environments
