We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects valued at $20M+.

This is an opportunity to oversee complex, high-impact builds for a respected contractor known for quality, innovation, and results.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing all phases of large electrical construction projects — from planning and design through execution and closeout. This leader will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee $20M+ electrical projects in commercial and mission-critical sectors
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
  • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and design teams
  • Supervise field operations, project teams, and subcontractors
  • Review and approve drawings, change orders, and cost reports
  • Enforce safety, quality, and performance standards across all project phases
  • Provide mentorship to project managers and engineers

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
  • Proven success with commercial and mission-critical (data centers, healthcare, industrial, or tech infrastructure) builds
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and building codes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects exceeding $20M
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus but not required
