Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Operations (London)\nLocation: South London & West London (multi-site role)\nSalary: Up to £100,000 + benefits\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery and ongoing development of two critical Data Centre sites located in South and West London. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with a strong background in mission-critical environments and a passion for delivering complex infrastructure projects to the highest standards.\n\nThe Role\nAs Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery across both sites, ensuring programmes are executed on time, within budget, and in line with strict operational and compliance requirements. You will act as the key interface between stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams, maintaining seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage end-to-end project delivery across two live Data Centre environments\nOversee upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvements\nManage contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality and performance standards\nMaintain strict adherence to health & safety, compliance, and operational protocols\nDevelop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk registers\nProvide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership\nEnsure minimal disruption to live environments during project executionAbout You\n\nProven experience as a Senior Project Manager within Data Centres or other mission-critical environments\nStrong understanding of M&E systems, critical infrastructure, and live operational constraints\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site projects\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nStrong commercial awareness and budget management experience\nRelevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) preferredQualifications\n\nRecognised technical qualification in construction, mechanical, or electrical discipline\nBusiness-level written and verbal communication skills, with strong numeracy\nRecognised qualification in project management\nRelevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent CDM training)What’s on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary up to £100,000\nOpportunity to manage high-profile, business-critical sites\nCareer progression within a growing and dynamic organisation\nComprehensive benefits packageIf you are a strategic thinker with hands-on delivery expertise and thrive in high-performance environments, we’d love to hear from you
