About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the occupancy planning and office move as well as the overall employee and guest experience at X new office location in New Site, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous transformative environments and possesses strong leadership and consensus building skills amongst the technical facilities management arena.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for all aspects of space management and occupancy planning, including coordinating meetings, conducting reviews, tracking KPI’s and providing support to multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide tactical planning, relationship management and executing upon innovative and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect information and create various workplace scenarios, considering factors like growth, reorganization, and adherence to company standards.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of floor plans, general office space allocation, accurate occupancy and working space information.
  • Verify the accuracy of space data by conducting weekly reviews and updates to the database to reflect new details and as-built information.
  • Report on key metrics with detailed reporting covering key metrics and detailing space utilization, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing space allocation.
  • Responsible for necessary move management services to support office space allocation and overall occupancy.
  • Responsible for furniture services, consisting of minor furniture reconfigurations, space changes and overall asset management aligned with marketing and overall brand guidelines.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels within the company, working closely with teams across the company to drive success (Operations, Finance, IT, EHS, Sales and Marketing and HR).
  • Evaluate and assess result of project

Additional Expectation

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree .
  • Minimum of five years project manager experience in real estate, occupancy planning, office relocation or workplace design.
  • Experience working on cross functional project teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced change driven environment

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge of how to read architectural drawings; understanding of design and space planning concepts; familiar with construction cost management and schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
