Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly expanding team of Quantity Surveyors, primarily working on Data Centre projects for clients across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to its London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing Quantity Surveying team that continues to secure new Data Centre projects, with three kicking off this week.

The Director heading up this division is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors with strong pre contract experience, particularly around cost planning and Stage 2 feasibility studies onwards.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Data Centre project experience
Good pre contract knowledge
Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
Completed a construction related degree and/or MRICS
Comfortable with travelling to Europe 1/2x a monthIn Return?

£70,000 - £85,000
