Senior Quantity Surveyor
Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based either in London, Birmingham or Manchester.
This role is on a permanent basis with some travel required.
MEP experience within data centre projects is essential for this position.

Your responsibilities:
Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects
Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
The individual:
Main Contractor experience
Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract stages
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
A proactive, results-driven approach and ability to lead
A collaborative attitude and professional presence
