About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to capitalize on the opportunity and be part of our growth story. The desk is yours, 360, from day one. You win your own clients, qualify your own roles, run your own candidates to a start. MEP design firms, contractors and critical-infrastructure builders. Permanent placements.

Responsibilities

- There are already live roles on the desk today.
- A market map already built.
- Open patches nobody has claimed yet.
- Buying clients that will take candidates so you have shots at split deals straight away.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Two years or more in agency recruitment, with a billing record you can talk through deal by deal.
- Clients you won yourself, from first conversation to signed terms.
- Full-cycle delivery: headhunting, qualification, interview management, closing.
- Austin-based, or moving here.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Required Skills

- Helpful, not required: MEP, engineering, construction, energy or data-center recruitment.
- Bullhorn. LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong technical recruiters from other markets are welcome. The fundamentals transfer and we will teach you MEP.

Pay range and compensation package
\n
- \n
- $55,000 to $65,000 base, depending on what you've billed.
- Uncapped monthly commission from the first dollar.
- 25 vacation days, plus 5 over Christmas, rising to 30 with service.
- Health, life and insurance.
- Hybrid: our Austin office three days a week.
- Friday finishes early in any week you've earned it.
