Role Overview
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within highly technical markets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through high-quality delivery.
This position requires a commercially minded individual with deep recruitment experience—ideally gained within construction or infrastructure—who can operate with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to placement and aftercare.
- Develop and nurture client relationships within mission-critical construction and infrastructure markets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks across mid-senior technical and leadership roles.
- Provide market insight and talent intelligence to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Consistently deliver against performance targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practice and fostering development.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Experience and Skills Required
- Proven recruitment experience (4+ years), ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrable success managing full recruitment cycles and placing technical or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of complex project environments and technical job specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident mentoring less-experienced consultants and contributing to team performance.
