Senior Contract Recruiter – Build a Global Data Centre Practice\n\nI’m currently partnering with a high-growth, cloud & digital specialist entering its next major expansion phase.\n\nThey are building Project DCNX – a global Data Centre contract talent practice designed to sit at the centre of the $3 trillion infrastructure\nsupercycle driven by AI, hyperscalers, and sovereign digital investment.\n\nThis isn’t a backfill.\n\nThis isn’t incremental growth.\n\nThis is a brand build.\n\n Role: Senior Contract Recruiter / Senior Consultant\n Focus: Global Data Centre ecosystem (Infrastructure, Hardware, Cloud, AI, Security)\n Location: London/Hybrid (with international travel & future relocation opportunities)\n Growth Plan: 8 strategic hires across 2026–2027\n\nYou’ll be:\n• Delivering end-to-end contract recruitment into large-scale infrastructure programmes\n• Working directly with founders and senior leadership\n• Building long-term global client partnerships\n• Playing a key role in shaping new geographies and vertical markets\n• Mentoring as the team scales\n\nThis business already has global frameworks in place — the foundations are built.\n\nNow they’re scaling specialists into a market set to double in capacity by 2030.\n\n Commission Structure (Contract Focus):\n• Up to 35% on primary revenue bandings\n• Structured threshold at 2x base\n• Clear split between contract and perm focus\n• Designed to heavily reward new deal \n\nIdeal background:\n✔ 3+ years recruitment experience\n✔ Proven billing track record\n✔ Leadership exposure\n✔ Ambition to build something international
