End-to-End Project Data Center Scheduler

Enhanced Staffing is seeking experienced End-to-End Project Data Center Schedulers to support a confidential hyperscale data center client in an Owner's Representative capacity. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing integrated project schedules, ensuring contractor compliance, analyzing schedule performance, and providing strategic scheduling guidance from project inception through closeout across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 project schedules from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Review and validate General Contractor schedules for compliance with contract requirements and scheduling best practices.
- Lead schedule review meetings and provide independent schedule oversight, analysis, and recommendations.
- Identify critical path impacts, schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and schedule accuracy through field verification and reporting.
- Perform schedule audits, forensic analysis, earned value reviews, and risk assessments.
- Prepare executive reports, forecasts, and schedule updates for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Owners, Project Managers, General Contractors, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure schedule alignment and successful project delivery.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 7 years of experience using Primavera P6 in large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
- Experience with CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, schedule recovery, and project controls.
- Knowledge of earned value management, resource planning, forecasting, and schedule analytics.
- Data center scheduling experience is strongly .
- Experience performing forensic schedule analysis and evaluating project delays is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field .
