We're seeking a Senior Scheduler with deep experience in large-scale data center construction to join our project controls team. This role is critical to the success of our high-value builds, ensuring that schedules are realistic, optimized, and aligned with project goals. You'll work closely with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership to drive schedule integrity from concept through closeout.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 schedules for multi-phase data center projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure accurate sequencing and resource allocation
  • Analyze and report on critical path, float, and schedule risk
  • Prepare and present progress reports, recovery plans, and schedule forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate cost and schedule data to support earned value analysis and project controls
  • Support preconstruction teams with baseline schedules and phasing strategies
  • Lead schedule review meetings and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years focused on data centers or mission-critical facilities
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM methodologies
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and field operations
  • Experience managing schedules for projects $500M+, preferably with fast-track or multi-building scopes
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as needed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with clients similar to Amazon, Meta, Google, or other hyperscale data center clients
  • Exposure to BIM/VDC integration with scheduling tools
  • Experience with cost-loaded schedules and earned value management
