We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Structural Engineer with a robust background in project management to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a strong customer-facing and sales engineering background, ready to take on challenging projects in various key locations.

- $120k - $150k base salary plus bonus

Your blueprint to success:
- Lead the design and construction of high-profile projects including high rises, luxury homes, aviation hangars, and data centers
- Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring all engineering standards and regulations are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved
- Utilize advanced project management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Play a pivotal role in business development activities, leveraging technical expertise to support sales efforts and forge strong client relationships
Be the backbone of our structure:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 8-10 years experience in structural engineering and project management
- Proven track record in designing and managing the construction of large-scale structural steel projects
- Strong technical proficiency in engineering principles and design software, with a focus on structural steel.
