We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Structural Engineer with a robust background in project management to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a strong customer-facing and sales engineering background, ready to take on challenging projects in various key locations.

  • $120k - $150k base salary plus bonus

Your blueprint to success:

  • Lead the design and construction of high-profile projects including high rises, luxury homes, aviation hangars, and data centers
  • Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring all engineering standards and regulations are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved
  • Utilize advanced project management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Play a pivotal role in business development activities, leveraging technical expertise to support sales efforts and forge strong client relationships

Be the backbone of our structure:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 8-10 years experience in structural engineering and project management
  • Proven track record in designing and managing the construction of large-scale structural steel projects
  • Strong technical proficiency in engineering principles and design software, with a focus on structural steel.
