Overview

The Senior Project Superintendent oversees all field operations-from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role partners with the Project Manager to execute project plans and leads field teams with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Field Oversight

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Supervise field staff, manage trade sequencing, and ensure efficient project execution.
• Promote and enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Pre-Construction

• Conduct site assessments and develop logistics and milestone schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and constructability issues.
• Collaborate on labor planning, general conditions, and subcontractor scope reviews.

Construction

• Implement and maintain the project QA/QC and safety programs.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct inspections and manage pre-punch list completion.

Post-Construction

• Oversee punch list completion, final inspections, and permit close-out.
• Verify as-built accuracy and coordinate system commissioning and owner training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a superintendent leadership role.
• Proven success managing large, complex projects (data centers, mission-critical, or similar).
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
