Senior Surveyor

Our client, a leading international provider of real estate and facilities solutions, is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Senior Surveyor to join their specialist Data Centres team in London. This client-facing role focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of specialist data centre real estate across the EMEA region.

The Role

The Senior Surveyor will work closely with global occupier clients in the corporate, technology, and telecommunications sectors, supporting complex real estate transactions across multiple geographies. The position requires excellent client management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver high-quality advice within a fast-moving, technology-focused market.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data centre requirements and strategy across EMEA.
• Support the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of transactions (acquisitions, expansions, leasing).
• Compile market data and prepare client presentations on EMEA data centre dynamics.
• Develop a strong network and profile within the data centre sector to support business development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices to deliver seamless client service.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions.
• Previous office or industrial agency experience desirable.
• Client-facing experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute, ambitious, and highly organised.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate effectively across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to handling sensitive information.
• Positive attitude with the patience to manage long, complex transactions.
