About the Role

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies across EMEA, ensuring the company continues to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent to support rapid expansion.

 

Based in Spain, you’ll play a key leadership role in growing the regional talent acquisition function, partnering closely with business leaders, and embedding best practices in sourcing, employer branding, and candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for critical roles across EMEA, with a focus on technology, infrastructure, and data centre positions.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top passive talent.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, executing initiatives that strengthen employer reputation and talent community engagement.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on talent availability, and influence hiring decisions using data-driven insights.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, conversion rates, source ROI) to optimise performance and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Leverage and support the use of ATS/CRM tools (such as Workday) to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition across EMEA, ideally within data centre, technology, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong sourcing background with a track record of engaging passive talent.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and using data to drive hiring strategies.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing and employer brand development.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (Workday experience advantageous).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages desirable.
