The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, with a focus on roles in data centres, technology, and infrastructure. This individual will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers, lead sourcing and recruitment campaigns, and act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand. The role also involves driving diversity initiatives, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and contributing to the company’s expansion across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across EMEA.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent across multiple markets.
• Lead recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver market insights and hiring solutions.
• Champion diversity and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition across EMEA, ideally in data centre, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong sourcing skills and track record engaging passive candidates.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about recruitment marketing, employer branding, and data-driven approaches.
