About the Role:\nAs a CBRE UKI Technical Services Manager, you will be the senior technical authority responsible for engineering governance, compliance and risk across a critical infrastructure portfolio spanning the UKI region. This is a high-profile, client-facing role operating within mission-critical environments, including data centres and other business-critical facilities.\n \nYou will own the technical strategy for HV and LV systems, lead the Authorised Person framework, and provide subject matter expertise to engineering and FM teams across the estate. This role requires deep hands-on technical knowledge combined with the ability to drive governance, manage risk and engage at senior stakeholder level.\n \nKey Deliverables:\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nLead and own the development, planning, coordination and delivery of the HV and LV Maintenance strategy across the UKI portfolio.\nOversee the planning, coordination and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance to critical engineering systems.\nLead the client Charge Request process covering all works impacting critical environments, interfacing with CBRE, Project, DCS and Client stakeholders\nAct as the Senior Authorised Person the wider UKI region on the account.\nUndertake technical incident investigation and reporting as/when necessary.\nOwnership of all client and internal technical governance reporting.\nOwnership of the global Technical Risk Management programme.\nOwn the development, planning, coordination and delivery of the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (ITEE) testing programme.\nOversee the implementation of the relevant CBRE Safe Systems of Works covering high-risk works on the account.\nAct as the subject matter expert for critical engineering systems, support our engineering and FM teams across the UKI estate, as well as representing our client as needed.\n \nWhat You'll Need:\n\nSenior Authorised Person (Electrical) experience .

Extensive operational HV and LV AP experience required in lieu of this.\nMechanical Authorised Person experience .\nDemonstrable experience planning and delivering HV and LV maintenance programmes in critical or mission-critical facilities.\nStrong working knowledge of EICR, ITEE and Safe Systems of Work in high-risk electrical environments.\nExperience managing technical governance, risk programmes and incident investigation.\nProven ability to lead and develop technical teams, including staffing, coaching, performance management and retention.\nStrong stakeholder management skills - able to engage credibly at client, project and senior leadership level.\nStrong collaboration skills - able to work effectively with peers and engineering operational teams.\nBachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline . In lieu of this, a combination of vocational qualifications (e.g. C&G, HNC/HND) and extensive relevant experience will be considered.\nProficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with CAFM/CMMS platforms.
