POSITION TITLE: Technical Project Manager – Network & Cloud Infrastructure Transformation
PAY RATE RANGE: $70-$72/hr. W2
LOCATION: Remote (East Coast USA Time-Zone). On-site in Dallas, TX (if possible but not necessary)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale network and cloud infrastructure transformation projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical depth in networking and cloud technologies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for network infrastructure modernization and cloud networking initiatives.
• Collaborate with network engineers, cloud architects, security teams, and vendors to align solutions with organizational objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans, risk logs, and communications across diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Oversee cloud network integration (e.g., AWS Transit Gateway, Azure Virtual WAN, SD-WAN deployments).
• Drive network transformations including data center migrations, segmentation, and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Manage change control processes and ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Provide technical and strategic input during vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s ).
• 7+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects, with 3+ in network/cloud transformations.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise networking (firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) strongly .
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
