Role Description

\n

\n

The Senior Technical Recruiter is a full-time role based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities for technical and professional positions within the oil & gas and energy industries.

\n

Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, conducting screening calls and interviews, and guiding candidates through the full hiring process. The role is candidate-focused, meaning the client side of the placement is handled by current staff. You'll need to understanding detailed technical requirements, learn the landscape of companies within the space, be current on market trends and talent availability.

The Recruiting Manager will take care of job postings and client relationships, and this Senior Technical Recruiter role will manage their own candidate pipelines. This position also contributes to refining recruiting strategies, networking within the energy community, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to manage end-to-end processes for specialized energy-sector roles.

\n

• Proven experience in Recruiting and Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.

\n

• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

\n

• Prior recruiting experience within the energy, oil & gas, or related technical industries is highly beneficial but not essential.

\n

• Ability to interpret technical job requirements and translate them into clear candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

\n

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ZOHO), online sourcing tools (Linkedin, Indeed, ChatGPT, JuiceBox), and experience navigating professional networking opportunities.

\n

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

\n
